The city of New York established The Eternal Flame as the Lost Souls Memorial in September 11, 2001. Volmar Construction, Inc. diligently contributed and completed all the necessary work related to the memorial, including the construction of the granite cenotaph and the plumbing system. Volmar’s collaboration with the city’s Department of Design and Construction ensured the successful completion of this important project.
