Volmar Construction requires an Architect for its offices in Brooklyn, NY who will be involved in the following duties:
- Will consult with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of structure and design;
- Will engage in preparation of information regarding materials, color, equipment, estimated costs and construction time, using tools and technologies such as Autocad, Progen, MS Project;
- Will coordinate engineering, participate in submittal processing, bidding & estimation;
- Will conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
