Background
Volmar Construction, Inc. was founded by Mr. Artemios Marinakis and Mr. John Volandes and began operations in 1988. Since that time it has grown steadily and currently has over 100 professional and trade employees. Throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, Volmar has completed construction projects in various locations from Maine to Virginia. It has built a long list of valued clients including The Department of Army, Navy, Air Force, US Coast Guard, General Services Administration, NYC Department of Education, NYC School Construction Authority, Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, NYC Dept of Environmental Protection, NYC Department of Design and Construction and various other local and municipal agencies.
